To a certain extent the purchase is stipulated by the necessary construction works. The rain season is of equal relevance of course. Yet, a villa can be completed within a period of time of 9 months.
Besides supervising the construction works, if desired we can also assist you with the interior decoration. The entire administration, including payment of VAT, is the responsibility of the buyer. In certain cases establishing a local Ltd (Société) can be advantageous for that purpose.
