We offer two types of villas built in traditional African style. Case Africaineconsists of a number of joint "rondavels" (round constructions) with a Master Bedroom on the first floor. Type Boma Carréis just as large, but has a rectangular shape. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and a large roof terrace oversees the surroundings. Exclusive of the garage, both objects have a floor area of approximately 170sq.m. The caretaker’s quarters -Case Gardien- measures approx. 16sq.m.
High-quality building material is used, guaranteeing excellent (Western) standards. Moreover, both villas are delivered with full options, i.e. with kitchen, sanitary (for each bedroom), air conditioning in each of the living rooms, garage, covered terrace, lay-out and walling of the garden and a swimming pool of 10 by 5 meters. Each house is provided with a 220V electricity connection and has access to piped water. Furthermore, a separate house for a local "gardien" (care taker) will be built on every plot. During your absence this caretaker will look after your house and its maintenance, including the garden.
The villas are built on own property and have direct access to the waterfront with its own white sandy beach and an unobstructed view over the mangroves. From here you can take your own pirogue (a local wooden boat) directly into the extensive nature area. A little further you can pick your own private and secluded tropical beach, or you can just enjoy the enormous bio-diversity.

Pricing The villas are delivered with full options, i.e. with kitchen, sanitary, air conditioning, garage, covered terrace, lay-out and walling of the garden, a swimming pool with pump and a care taker's house. Each house is provided with a 220V electricity connection, sceptic tank and has access to piped water.
The pricing of the separate villas is currently set as follows*:

** all values exclusive of VAT
Financing (a) a first down payment of 35% at signing the contract;
(b) 50% payment after delivery of the masonry (villa plus swimming pool plus garden walls); and finally
(c) the remaining 15% at final delivery of the villa.
The entire administration, including payment of VAT, is the responsibility of the buyer. In certain cases establishing a local Ltd (Société or S.A.R.L.) can be advantageous for that purpose. Cost of establishing a S.A.R.L. is approx. 1500 Euro.

As a partner the Societé Equated EcoLodgic Sénegal (SEELS) - S.A.R.L. participates in this venture to provide additional experience and capacity. Quali-Bat Building (QBB) is the local contractor, a company with which a long-standing relationship exists and with which already a hospital and some classrooms succesfully have been realised.
